如其它Sound Terminal系列產(chǎn)品一樣，STA350BW集成了數(shù)字音頻處理器和意法半導體首創(chuàng)的強化性能創(chuàng)新技術，如可提升音頻清晰度和系統(tǒng)可靠性的多頻帶動態(tài)范圍壓縮技術（MDRC）。這款系統(tǒng)級芯片能修正不理想的揚聲器特性，并新增多項強化技術，如可實現(xiàn)出色低音性能的優(yōu)化低頻響應特性。芯片集成的保護功能可有效防止各種失效狀況影響系統(tǒng)正常運行，并可在運行時自動診斷電路，有助于防范系統(tǒng)失效，進而提高應用的總體可靠性。
STA350BW的功率級采用意法半導體獨有的FFXTM技術，實現(xiàn)全數(shù)字音頻流不間斷傳輸至揚聲器。新一代產(chǎn)品為客戶提供四個運行時輸出配置選擇，可支持多種功率放大輸出模式，包括2.0、2.1或1.0聲道、或2.0聲道加1個外部超低音揚聲器PWM輸出。
